There are 512,000 hits in an online search for health and mental attitude with probably just about as many ways to create a positive outlook on life and just as many machines that are now available that can tell you if you really are experiencing bodily changes. There must be something validity to this practice.
Behavior modification sessions are guided relaxations that use positive affirmations to create a physical and mental balance and well-being. All hypnosis is self-hypnosis. You are willingly calming your mind and body. You can then use this technique to take yourself back to that place within and use your own positive affirmations to create wellness in your life. I suggest you practice self hypnosis, or meditation, regularly because the more you practice, the more familiar it will feel, and the easier it will be to quiet your conscious mind in times of need.

Once you have decided what you want to accomplish, then think about what positive behavior you want to replace that old behavior with.
